Grant Writing & Management

Private Foundations

  1. New Proposal Development includes planning, drafting, editing, and proof reading

  2. Identifying Specific Grant Sources for Projects and Distributing Responses to up to 5 Private Organizations or Foundations monthly

  3. Response to a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Applications (RFA), or a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA)

  4. Complete Re-write of an Existing Proposal

  5. Grant research

 

Government Funding – Local, State, and Federal

  1. Government Grant Proposal planning, drafting, editing, and proof reading

  2. Identifying Government or Federal funding Sources Specific to the Project up to 2-3 monthly

  3. Complete Re-Write of Existing (at least 75% complete) Federal or Government Grant Proposal

  4. Grant Research

Grant Reporting

  1. Completion of all necessary reporting requirements for awarded grants and grant contracts in collaboration with the client

  2. Includes management and tracking upcoming deadlines and the planning, drafting, and submission of all reporting requirements

  3. In order to complete reports, the client will need to provide – through meetings and/or emails – all necessary data and information, including outcomes, numbers served, relevant demographics, and any other impact metrics or context necessary for the completion of reports

Editing

Grant Editing

  1. Must be a fully completed proposal with minimal content changes, otherwise see Grant Writing above

  2. Updating an existing application with grammar, content, and flow adjustments – Maximum of 2 drafting phases, one with updates and then a final version with any further adjustments after client review

Copy Editing

  1. Article, flyer, newsletter, or other related promotional, organizational, or related documents

  2. Must be a fully completed document without the expectation of added sections or research completed by Totally Written

  3. Final proofreading for grammar, content, and flow – Maximum of 2 drafting phases, one with updates and then a final version with any further adjustments after client review

Other Editing

  1. Research Article, Essay, and Book editing available by request for non-profits, individuals, organizations and agencies, etc.

  2. Must be a mostly completed document without the expectation of writing – we are willing to consult on sections that are not yet completed for planning and structural purposes, but does not include the actual writing of unique or net-new content

  3. Initial, mid-way, and final proofreading for grammar, content, and flow – Maximum of 4 drafting phases; first draft review, mid-way through, final draft edit with updates, and then one final version with any further adjustments after client review

Graphic Design

Infographics & Promotional Materials

  1. Creation of new infographic and promotional materials for distribution, online posting, and attachment to grant opportunities as supplemental materials

  2. Client must provide initial concept and description of what they are requesting

  3. Up to 3 revisions upon request with changes to design and/or content
